The proposed design takes distinctive elements and materials and uses them in a modern context which allows the development to harmonise with its setting and stand for our individual and exciting reinterpretation.
Sustainable construction practices coupled with passive energy use, efficient orientation and screening and the use of renewable materials have been combined to produce a development which will achieve a BREEAM very good rating.
Diversity of unit sizes provides for the ability to market to a wide sector of potential end-users.
