Private Client - Oldcastle Mill, Malpas, Cheshire
In a domestic project of great interest, a derelict mill
dating back to 1600 was restored into spectacular living space.
The project entailed the restoration of the water mill and its conversion
and extension to provide high specification living accommodation on three
storeys.
The design details for the building were developed
in close cooperation with the Local Authority Conservation Office. The
development has been nominated for a civic trust award.
