Redrow Homes NW Ltd - Elitex House, Altrincham, Manchester
The scheme at Elitex House was a multi-million pound project to redevelop land at the site of the former British Gas headquarters off Moss Lane in Manchester.
Existing buildings were demolished to make way for the development of 150 apartments and houses.
