Bryant Homes - 1761 Chester Royal Infirmary
The Chester Royal Infirmary is a distinctive building along Chester's City walls. The hospital closed in 1993 after 230 years of medical care on the site.
The original 1761 Infirmary, a grade II listed building, has been fully restored to form an integral part of the new housing development. It's interior has been sub divided into 18 executive luxury apartments. The façade was restored to ensure the beauty of the original building was maintained.
An application for a Civic Trust Award has been submitted.
