set in 30 acres this grade two listed private house built in 1874 by thomas wyatt. measuring 12,900 sq feet it consists of 12 large bedrooms, an array of reception rooms, service quarters, kitchens, larders and even a safe and strong room. the house has been neglected for some time and is in desperate need of restoration. our brief is to restore the property to its former glory as well as building a swimming pool and leisure facility.
