redevelopment of an unattractive, vacant site in the heart of moston, manchester. total of 22 apartments all two bed with extensive private open space and parking. the proposed two to three storey building replicated a number of design features of neighbouring properties in order to provide a development very much in keeping with the character of the area. the proposal also complied with the code for sustainable homes.
