felton developments - flint mountain planning permission was obtained in early 2008 for the demolition of a single storey dwelling, to be replaced with a mixture of two & three storey dwellings. the houses have been purposely designed to sit within the welsh hillside of north wales achieving minimal impact to the surrounding residents. construction began on site in may 2008, which will see the erection of six comfortably large family units, complying with current legislation to achieve suitably energy efficient homes. care was taken at the design stage to provide felton developments with six homes that will be cost effective to build, providing long-term quality homes with a genuinely rural feel for the prospective purchasers. |
