Victoria Dock, Caernarfon
Recently completed is the £30m mixed-use development at Victoria Dock, Caernarfon a world heritage site. the site is equivalent in size to about one quarter of the area of the medieval town. The proposed development fills open shoreline land immediately north of the dock. the development has been a huge success and has proved to be an additional tourist attraction as well as providing attractive office and residential accommodation.
