Victoria Dock, Caernarfon, North Wales A major project at Victoria Dock, the largest brownfield site in Caernarfon and a World Heritage site. Situated within the proposed Buffer Zone, adjacent to the Menai Strait, the development is equivalent in size to about one quarter of the area of the medieval town. It is a mixed-use development, with leisure, office, retail and residential accommodation, with a total floor space in excess of 150,000 sq ft.
